These Terms of Use govern the use of Afiliado WRF Ads (the “App”) and the website afiliadowrf.blog, operated by Afiliado WRF — William dos Reis Fernandes, Brazil.
1. Scope
The App is a private, internal tool that uses the Google Ads API to create, modify and report on Google Ads campaigns. It is used only for ad accounts owned by Afiliado WRF. It is not sold, licensed or offered to third parties.
2. Authorized use
Only the owner of Afiliado WRF is authorized to use the App. All use must comply with the Google Ads Terms of Service, Google Ads policies and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
3. Google data
How the App handles Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The App and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
