This Privacy Policy explains how Afiliado WRF Ads (the “App”), an internal tool operated by Afiliado WRF — William dos Reis Fernandes, Brazil (“we”, “us”), accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. The App is used only by its owner to manage Google Ads accounts that Afiliado WRF owns.
1. Data we access
The App requests a single Google OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads API). Through it, the App may access:
- Account data: customer IDs, account names, currency, time zone and manager-account links.
- Campaign data: campaigns, budgets, bidding settings, targeting, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets and final URLs.
- Performance data: impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.
- The OAuth refresh token needed to call the API.
The App does not access Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, passwords or any other Google service.
2. How we use the data
Google user data is used only to create, modify and report on our own Google Ads campaigns. It is not used for any other purpose.
3. Limited Use
Afiliado WRF Ads’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising profiles, do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and do not allow humans to read it except with the owner’s consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
4. Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored in a local configuration file on the owner’s password-protected computer and are never uploaded to any server. All API traffic uses HTTPS. Campaign and performance data is processed in memory and is not copied to external databases.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. Data is exchanged only with Google, as the API provider, or disclosed if required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
Credentials are kept only while the App is in use and are deleted when access is revoked. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deletion requests can be sent to the email below and will be answered within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
